The ground rules for using Candy AI.
These terms govern access to Candy AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting sign-in credentials, and activity under your account.
2. The companion experience
The service provides AI-generated companion conversations and media. Companions are fictional AI personalities, not human beings, and their replies must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harm others, violate law, exploit minors, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass controls, interfere with the platform, or create prohibited content.
4. Access, billing, and cancellation
Paid access, when selected, renews according to the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal while access normally continues through the current paid period.
5. Content and generated media
You retain rights in submitted content subject to the permission needed to process it and provide the service. Generated output may not be unique, and you are responsible for lawful use or sharing.
6. Availability and changes
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features, profiles, limits, and access options may evolve, with notice provided where a material change affects paid access.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
